TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REVIFYS BY DIGIDOPT
Dear Customer,
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge the following:
– Completion of the Free Trial Form and electronic signature constitutes contractual acceptance of this document and its Annexes.
– Subscription to the Service is effective upon receipt of the Welcome Email from Revifys by Digidopt.
– Full acceptance, without reservation, of all provisions and clauses herein.
– Understanding and acceptance of the economic terms outlined in this document.
– Express acceptance, pursuant to Art. 1341 of the Civil Code, of specific provisions detailed in these Terms and Conditions.
DEFINITIONS:
Subscription: Period during which the Customer utilizes Platform Services upon completing Registration and payment of the monthly fee.
Customer Account: Primary account created by the Customer to manage the Subscription.
User or User Account: Licenses with limited functionality activated by the Customer Account.
Attachments: Legal documents available on the Site, including privacy and cookie policies.
Activity: Business activities managed by the Client, connected to the Client Account.
Carousel: Horizontal interface mode for Widget feature, displaying the 15 most recent reviews.
Chat: Support service allowing direct communication with the Company’s team.
Customers: Individuals or entities using the Service for business activities.
Revifys by Digidopt: Email [email protected].
Feed: Vertical interface mode for Widget feature, displaying the 15 most recent reviews.
Features: Platform functionalities accessible to Customers.
Integrations: Feature allowing import of Public Reviews from third-party sites.
Interested Parties: Customers’ customers/users invited to review Activities.
Free Plan: Complimentary plan offered by Revifys by Digidopt.
Registration: Subscription sign-up process described in “Service Features” section.
Sectors: Areas of Activities.
Service: System developed by Revifys by Digidopt for integrating, managing, and sharing reviews.
Site: Domain “www.revifys.com” owned by Revifys by Digidopt.
Software/Platform: Platform developed and marketed by Revifys by Digidopt.
Terms and Conditions: Document governing terms between Revifys by Digidopt, Customers, and User Accounts.
Widget: Function allowing inclusion of recent reviews on Activity websites.
SUBJECT:
These Terms and Conditions and Annexes on the Site govern the relationship between Revifys by Digidopt and Clients. Acceptance is required for Free Plan initiation and Subscription activation.
OPERATION OF THE SERVICE DESCRIPTION:
Revifys by Digidopt offers the Service in the IT sector, allowing Customers to manage Activities and utilize described functionalities.
FUNCTIONALITY:
– Feedback Manager: Monitors and analyzes flow of Public Reviews.
– My Activity: Manages Activities and Integrations.
– Send Links: Requests reviews from Interested Parties via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
– Edit Template: Customizes email, SMS, or WhatsApp message templates.
– Site Widget: Displays recent reviews on Activity websites.
– Affiliation: Enters data of third-party companies for commissions.
– Sharing on Social: Shares reviews on social platforms.
– Analytics: Monitors review growth and distribution.
ACCESS TO THE SERVICE:
Customers can access the Service via Demo or Free Plan.
REGISTRATION, VERIFICATION, CANCELLATION:
Registration follows Trial Period completion. Customers must promptly update Form data.
Cancellation is possible anytime by clicking “cancel subscription.”
RULES OF CONDUCT AND COMMITMENTS:
Customers must use the Platform responsibly and adhere to legal regulations.

Communications regarding the Service should be sent via email to [email protected].
NULLITY:
Invalid provisions do not affect validity of remaining provisions.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:
Disputes are subject to Indian law. Parties must attempt conciliation before resorting to Mumbai courts.
PERSONAL DATA:
Both parties agree to process personal data in compliance with applicable laws.
GENERAL CLAUSE:
Service usage implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
